Originally from Japan, my journey began in the world of Ballet, Jazz, and Street Dance, eventually bringing me to the vibrant energy of New York City in 2007. Immersed in the competitive dance scene, I faced challenges—a foot injury and a panic attack—that led me to seek healing beyond movement. It was in Yoga, Pilates, and holistic wellness that I found renewal, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.

Determined to understand the transformative power of Pilates, I earned certifications from the esteemed Kane School of Core Integration and Polestar Comprehensive. My yoga path began with a 200-hour RYT at Dou Yoga, expanded through Restorative and Yoga Nidra training at Ishta Yoga, and deepened with both 200-hour and 500-hour RYT certifications under Guta Hedewig at The Yoga School NY. Seeking a deeper connection to tradition, I studied at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram and Yoga Vahini in Chennai, India, focusing on Subtle Anatomy, Pranayama, and Yoga Therapy within the Krishnamacharya lineage.

Beyond movement, I recognized the profound link between self-worth and overall well-being. This realization led me to become a self-esteem coach, integrating mind-body practices with self-branding and personal empowerment.

Today, my work is dedicated to guiding individuals toward holistic well-being. Through personalized programs, I help others unlock their potential, cultivate self-worth, and create lives filled with vitality, confidence, and purpose.
